Jack Kucek, a former Chicago White Sox pitcher, visited FVBA at Metcalfe Park on Wednesday and Thursday, June 11th and 12th.  Jack is the inventor of the Strike Out Strippz, a pitching tool for all ages.  It teaches athletes how to throw a baseball without injuring arms and shoulders.  Jack spoke to athletes on the minor, major, and senior fields on Wednesday and invited all coaches/ managers and other athletes to attend a mini-camp on Thursday to demonstrate his invention.  If you are interested and want more information, please contact league president, Dale Terrell.
