'Paws' applause for dog park opening

Chancellor’s Mobile Home Park at 800 S. Santa Fe Ave. in Fountain has been known as “the other side of the bridge.”

It was a haven for crime, drug-traffic and violence, with little hope of ever changing.

A day that will live in infamy...

...BUT ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS BEAUTIFUL:
This interesting “mushroom cloud” looked ominously down upon Fountain last week in week that saw both scorching temperatures near the 100’s and epic rainfall.

FFD's new ladder truck arrives

On Fri. July 27, for the first time in the city’s history, Fountain’s very own ladder truck pulled into the Station 1 parking lot.

This was the culmination of a six year campaign lead by Fountain Fire Chief Darin Anstine on behalf of Fountain Fire Department personnel and the community as a whole.
