Widefield leaves mark in Iraq

Images from Iraq : Captain Donald Martinez recently sent home a collection of photos taken while deployed in Iraq. One building had the word “Widefield” inscribed on the wall. As there is no other municipality with that name, the Martinez family speculates that whomever etched the word must have been a fellow citizen of Widefield, Colorado. SUBMITTED PHOTO
