Body found at Tomahawk Truck Stop

A woman’s body was discovered in a car at 6:35 p.m. on July 29 in the parking lot of the Tomahawk truck stop. Fountain Police Department officials said no foul play is suspected. They are waiting for positive identification from the coroner’s office before further information can be released, however, there is the possibility the woman may be a missing person from Kansas. As soon as more news becomes available, the Fountain PD will release a statement to the public. If anyone has any information regarding the case, they are encouraged to call 382-8555.
