FFC Kings claim Pueblo tournament title

The FFC Kings Basketball team brought home the Championship Trophy from the 2007 Pueblo Classic this past weekend. This is the second consecutive year the team has won the championship at the Pueblo MAYB tournament. (Mid-America Youth Basketball). The Kings went 6-0 and won the championship game in overtime with a 3 point, behind-half-court, buzzer-beater scored by Malcolm Thomas.

The Kings are comprised of incoming freshman, sophomores and juniors from Fountain-Ft. Carson High School. The team is preparing to travel to the VisionSports Youth National Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada later this month.
